Shipping Policy

At AHAYAH COLLECTIVE, all of our products are made-to-order. This means we don’t have a warehouse full of items waiting to be shipped; instead, we produce your item specifically for you once an order is placed.

1. Production & Processing Time
Standard Production: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your custom product.

During holidays or peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped out. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after production.

International: 10–30 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing).

Note: Production time + Shipping time = Total estimated time to receive your order.

3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the production facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

5. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, AHAYAH COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.
